I had a very relaxing time at Hotel Laam and would definitely stay there again. The location was excellent, within walking distance to most sites in the city and also close to bus terminals. The staff were very friendly and helpful, organizing local transportation for us and even providing free coffee in the morning. The location of this hotel is unbeatable! We were able to walk to all the main attractions within minutes. The room size was also a pleasant surprise, with ample space to move around, and a cozy sitting area to relax in. And the cleanliness was impeccable, making our stay even more comfortable.

Our room was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep soundly. We could hear outside noises and loud voices at night, which was a bit frustrating.

Enjoyable Christmas Stay We recently stayed at a hotel in Cuernavaca for Christmas and had a wonderful experience. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We appreciated the easy access to the main bus terminal and the nearby supermarket. the breakfast offered was simple but delicious, and the room was clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous pool area and spent much of our time lounging in the sun.

We found that we could hear our neighbors quite easily and had some trouble sleeping because of it.
